Sequence Chapter: Moves of the Sport
Well well now do you like westling? Well now I will tell how to train for wrestling. This is how I recently did it. FIRST of course stretching. You can’t wrestle if you don't know how to. That’s just the rule. Stretching is important because it warms up your body.
One type of stretch is a toe touch. Is where you touch your toes that warms up your back. Another one is touch the sky. It is where you go on your tiptoes put your hands up and touch the sky.
NEXT, take a jog around your gym or your house to give your legs a little warm up. Then you can roll while you jog to push ups and maybe a sprint and that’s kinda it.
THIRD you have to find a partner and practice some moves one is bear hug is where you charge at your opponent knock him down but give your opponent a hug. Single leg is where you grab one leg then trip the the other leg than pin him. Double Leg is where you grab both legs then flip your opponent. And a lot more moves.
THEN, if you have found a partner face each other see what you have to work on then you can get a drink of water that will help you in wrestling always drink water.
FIFTH, do some wrestling games like toe touch is basically a game where you try to touch your opponent's toe or foot but your opponent can dodge while you're trying to touch his foot.
